"We enjoyed our stay at the Castle Hotel! Our boys loved the bunk beds in the Wizard Room. The unlimited play time with lego was also a hit! The breakfast was just okay. They had the usual breakfast items with a big selection but just didn't love it. The buffet dinner though was great! Plenty of choices and food was tasty. It was a great option for after a tiring day at the parks. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Generally, a good all-round hotel. Good parking facilities and water/juice and coffee freely available in reception area. Clean and good bathroom facilities. Clean room also and the actual beds are good; however, the sofa beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, with a good range of choice and served over a few hours. Staff worked very hard during breakfast service. Several times during our stay breakfast bowls ran out and took at least 15 mins to replace. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and accommodating."

"The hotel was a great location and within walking distance of Legoland and Lalandia. Lego House is also walkable through the beautiful sculpture park. Parking is free for guests, which was really useful. The breakfasts were great and really well attended and replenished. The buffet in the evening was good but there was a few flies around which were landing on the food which wasn't ideal - a couple of covers for the food would have been nice. The room was good albeit basic, and it would have been nice to have air con during this hot weather! Otherwise, great stay, great staff and and great location!"

"The cabin we stayed in was clean and well appointed with all amenities we needed, everything was in working order. The staff I encountered were all friendly and helpful, especially in the service centre, we arrived from our flight before the check in time but we were able to check in without too long a wait. There was a good choice of restaurants and a well stocked supermarket on site so we were able to have a mix of meals out and also in our holiday home The Aquadome was great fun, with a good variety of slides and the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing. There’s a charge at the end of the stay for electricity and water I felt it was a reasonable price. There’s a really useful free shuttle bus that runs throughout the day from the airport to various points in Billund including Lalandia. This was very handy to get to and from the airport. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"Although a short walk from Vejle itself, we loved the location and feel for this hotel and surroundings. We stayed here because of the large family room that can accommodate five people, and we were delighted with the space. The small kitchen was very useful for us to. The modern and sleek design was really cool and felt like a special place to stay. The views from the room were great ans the kids loved the park area around the back of the hotel too"

"Very fine staff and a good price. Room was spacious. No air conditioning but they got us a fan. Breakfast only OK compared with other hotels in Scandinavia. Kudos to the desk staff—very pleasant and helpful."
