I showed my ID and confirmation number, which is usually enough at other hotels, but it was not accepted. I was traveling with my elderly mother, which made it more difficult. "The overall hotel was good and the room was spacious enough for us. The view was beautiful and the location as very convenient. The only things I didnt like was the cleaning services. We had requested cleaning everyday as we have little kids. The cleaning job done was bad .They didnt even clean the bathrooms properly.Only the beds were made and the towels were changed.But what areas needed cleaning wasnt cleaned.We have sticky food marks on table that stayed there for our entire stay despite the staff coming and "cleaning" everyday."

"Everything is so clean, the outdoor pool was very heated - it was amazing! The kids lounge is pretty big - a play area, slide and climbing structures, our kids couldn't get enough! The location is connected to a mall and tons of food options- super convenient. It's a quick walk over to the sky capsules as well! The service here is like nothing we've experienced before, staff ready to help at every corner and they prepared our room with kids bathroom amenities, a stool, bedrail. We highly recommend!"

"The breakfast was definitely notable! It was quite busy, but the staff was amazing and it was really nice after breakfast was finished to see them all bow and we gave them a round of applause! Location is unmatched it’s so close to the beach literally a 30 second walk. They need to fix the elevator situation because you can wait upwards of 20 minutes just for the elevator to come. The logistics on the elevators is very bad and they are always full. I had to take the stairs most of the time and I was on the sixth floor. That meant even with my luggage I had to walk all the way down. There was a bit of un cleanliness in the shower but other than that very clean."

"Very clean room. However, AC system and water temperature were not working for both my friend’s and our room. This eventually was fixed but nonetheless, a nuisance. Location and price made it a 3.5 star. There is essentially no ocean view unless you dine at their upstairs restaurant. The washer/dryer in the rooms was not operational. "
