"The room was very spacious since somehow they gave us a VIP room, but it was quite a bit out of date. The staff was unprofessional. They took half an hour to check us in, didnt give any voucher for breakfast (I booked a room with free breakfast), and doing something else on their phone while helping us. "“This is an Islamic Hotel.” Which is fine but we did not know when we booked on Expedia. We felt a little uncomfortable and the rules in the hotel were a bit stringent. Older hotel but a lot of space which was a bonus. Bathroom had a strong sewage smell and we did have to kill a cockroach on 5th floor. Not my favorite stay."
