"I would definitely stay again at Grun as the hotel and amenities are great, but there are some lessons to be learned in customer service. I booked an in-room massage, the masseuse was 30 minutes late and no one notified me of the delay. This was very frustrating as I had plans later, and with it being my last day in Uluwatu I felt like I was wasting away time. "At first we thought we were in the middle of no-where, but actually the villa’s position is perfect. You absolutely need a motorbike but then you are 5-10 mins from everything great beaches, restaurants shops bars etc. we stayed in Villa 3, minimal construction noise which didn’t affect us at all. The villa is perfect well appointed great pool extremely comfortable. Quiet private. Highly recommend as long as you have a scooter… the villa helped us to rent one and had it delivered to the villa...

"Me and my wife had a wonderful experience staying in the villa. You have a own private pool and you dont have any tall building beside the compound so there’s still some privacy. The staff were all very polite and helpful, very good experience staying with them. Cons: Improve the maintenance of the hotel, saw cracks in the bathroom mirror. The tiles at the pool require cleaning Aircon is not cold"

"Room and bathroom were spacious. I liked the water dispenser in the room which also provided instant hot water. Pool area was lovely and we had it to ourselves one afternoon. There is a spa in the hotel, recommend the foot and Balinese massage. Staff were very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops nearby."

"I stayed in a Muso room. The room and property are very well maintained and looked after. However, the walls were paper thin. At 3am last night some guests arrived next door to me. They were very loud for over an hour… The staff were excellent and the view from the pool was sublime. This was my second visit to Suarga, if I stayed there again, I wouldn’t choose a Muso room. "
