"We had a wonderful time. It is a beautiful bed and breakfast in the mountains overlooking the ocean. We brought our dog who had lots of space to run around, and Luigi made sure we had a pack and play for our 14 month old already in the room when we came. The room itself was decent sized with its own patio and private entrance. The breakfast was great and it is served in a beautiful room surrounded by glass overlooking the pool, which overlooks the ocean. We will definitely be going back!"

"The resort was a spectacular ending to our Italian trip. Upon reaching the resort, we were met with Federica. Super nice, very accommodating, helpful, and overall very professional. "Took us long time to find the place walking in circles with luggage as there is no sign with this name on the gate! Please fix this! Otherwise lovely apartment close walk to beach, restaurants, old town lovely. We loved Sperlonga and enjoyed use of beach club lounge chairs on the lawn area. "

"The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all....

"First of all, the property is really beautiful and it was so nice just walking around the orange and lemon trees. It’s close to the things we wanted to do in Gaeta and I had no problem parking my suv there. The free breakfast is simple, but very nice, the girl working there made amazing cappuccinos! We came in off season so the pool was not open, but plan to return over the summer. "

"This property was absolutely incredible! The staff was super welcoming and accommodating. The room was newly renovated, airy, clean, outfitted with modern appointments. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was truly amazing, service and meal quality were unequalled! Breakfast was an elegant buffet with a variety of fresh juices and pastries. Cooked to order eggs were served along with the variety of other delights. If I could rate this property a 15+, I surely would do so!"
