"We stayed at Casa Vera for one night. We loved Orveito and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Vera. A few items that may help you. There are several different units all under the umbrella of Casa Vera- they are in close proximity but could be in different buildings. There could be stairs. "I wish I could have stayed longer. The place is beautiful, clean, and smells wonderful. It’s only an 8-minute walk from Assisi train station. The location is excellent—we walked just 5 minutes to the Basilica of Santa Maria. For halal food, Alo Ali Kebab shop is right across the road, and for non-Muslims there are plenty of highly rated restaurants nearby. The housekeeper, Joy, was amazing—we already miss her! Special thanks to Diletta, you truly are my lifesaver. We will definitely stay here...
