"The hotel sits right on Spenard and the walls are thin and traffic goes late into the night. At 4 AM a drunk man shouted at the top of his lungs profanities none stop right below the motel balconies for close to thirty minutes. No effort by the hotel staff to move him along or call police."

"I had high expectations for this resort based on its reputation and beautiful location, but the guest service experience was disappointing. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Our room was not serviced to the standard expected for a resort of this caliber, and it often felt difficult to get basic issues ..."
