"This was my 2nd stay, this time with children 7 & 3. The facilities for the kids was fantastic. The separate pool with waterslide was a big hit as was the playground, kids club and activities, movies in the garden and kids happy hour. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and very clean. All staff were amazing and so friendly. The only thing I could suggest is that the pillows are very thick. One not enough but two is too high. Maybe a thick and thin pillow. "Me and my wife had a wonderful experience staying in the villa. You have a own private pool and you dont have any tall building beside the compound so there’s still some privacy. The staff were all very polite and helpful, very good experience staying with them. Cons: Improve the maintenance of the hotel, saw cracks in the bathroom mirror. "Room and bathroom were spacious. I liked the water dispenser in the room which also provided instant hot water. Pool area was lovely and we had it to ourselves one afternoon. There is a spa in the hotel, recommend the foot and Balinese massage. Staff were very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops nearby."

The pool area is also lovely. Unfortunately there is construction work next door (May 2024) which looks like it may be some time away from finishing. "The staff at Seminyak Icon were so friendly. The communication was clear and via WhatsApp which made it convenient as an international traveller. The location is great as it’s on a quiet street and away from the hustle and bustle yet an easy walk to the Main Street. The villa is spacious and the pool was a great size. "
