"The property was excellent ,we had no issues , the staff was very very nice ans helped every way they could , especially at check in , housekeeping , maintenance were always asking if we needed anything , the morning breakfast was absolutely the best as was the cook and hostess, we couldn't ask for any better stay , we will make Guntersville and Wyndham Garden Gate by the Lake a Eetreat for US !!!"

"This was a fabulous hotel. The room was a suite. The pool was top notch. The yard was large and flat for dog walking. It was lakefront. The staff was wonderful! It was centrally located to many restaurants and other shops. It was in a great area of town. Two thumbs up! We would definitely stay here again!"

"We were welcomed with a smile and a friendly hello. Beth was wonderful and made us feel right at home! Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The amenities were great, the pool was refreshing after a day of riding and the breakfast was a nice way to start the morning and with good coffee, too! The location is excellent and convenient to everything around Guntersville. The porch/deck with the fireplace was very nice. Though it was the middle of summer and the fire wasn't on (LOL), it was still a relaxing place to sit, enjoy the view, and unwind. We travel to Guntersville often on our motorcycles because we absolutely love the area, and we'll definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Great location. Convenient to everything. Highly recommend. T&L"

"Room was very nice, hotel was clean. However one elevator was out of order. We ended up taking the stairs up to and down from the 3rd floor most of the time because there was always such a wait. All of the ice machines were down. The staff was giving out bags of ice like you would buy at a gas station. The “hydration station“ on our floor wasn’t working so I had to go to the fitness room to fill my water bottle. Also, the staff said that breakfast was amazing and the coffee was like “watered-down Folgers.” She had it backwards—the coffee was actually decent but the first day of breakfast was subpar. The second day was okay, but it was definitely not what the front desk made it out to be! But the beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean!"
