"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Pinemark Inn. Great stop for weary travelers as it is easy off/easy on the interstate. The inn is very dog friendly, too! We can't say enough about the cleanliness of our room and the check in/lobby area. And the landscaping and pool area are immaculate as well. They also serve a pretty darn good breakfast in the morning.
It is a family owned business and the personal touches really stand out; The friendly staff, the fantastic coffee station with great K-cup selections along with carafes of local coffee and really nice logo coffee mugs both in lobby and our room (also available for sale). The Route 66 gift items are nicely displayed in the lobby too.
Keep up the good customer service. Thank you!"
"Staffing where very nice, but we seemed to not be able to get clean towels till our 4th day there out of 6... our beds where never done... they replaced out micro wave.the rug made our feet black do to no one came to clean room yes, the floor in the bathroom was nasty also... I had to replace a burnt out bulb in bathroom.. They said only smokin outside, but whomever smoked inside there room our vent from the bathroom sucked the smoke in to our bathroom. We are non smokers..Sorry to say this was only good if it was only a day stay."
"Our room was clean. Staff were very pleasant. Safe location and walkable to several restaurants. I recommend adding tea options (besides black) for breakfast."
"When you walked in the lobby it smells so good the rooms were so clean then we went to the pool it had cute decals on the bottom of the pool and hot tub amazing!"
"We booked the hotel and the first thing we see when we pull up into the parking lot is homeless people rummaging through the dumpster and a couple of cars parked in the parking lot that looked like more homeless people. It made us uncomfortable to park our vehicle in the back side. The hotel itself smells strongly of smoke. We booked a non smoking room, and it wasn't too bad at first, but when you turn on the fan/AC you can start to smell it. Seemed more like an extended stay hotel. Would not recommend for families."
