"Lots of homeless people around. The room was in a severely run-down state, evidenced by extensive stains and a badly worn/run-down carpet. The room size was similar to a "prison cell" and did not match the images provided or expectations of standard hotel accommodation. The complete lack of a wardrobe or closet, combined with broken furniture, confirms the room was not fit for purpose. "

"Uneven and unsafe steep stairs to go anywhere in this place. For some reason, women are housed up on the 2nd floor (2 long flights up). Kitchen was not in operation during my stay which turned out to be OK as it'd be ANOTHER steep flt. of stairs to get there (3 flts. total). Staff was generally decent & helpful with the exception of one female (swing shift) who was rude, argumentative and unhelpful. "
