"The credit card I gave for incidentals was charge several hundred without explanation. I called the hotel two weeks ago, explained that I had this issue and was promised a manager would call me back right away. I never heard back. So I paid the credit card statement but am out than money now, so crediting the card won't do anything. I had a good stay, but this isn't ok and I feel like I need to leave this review on Google and other sites as well because that amount of money is significant enough...

"The moment we walked in after 1:30 AM, and two delayed flights we were treated with excellence. We let the desk know our bag would be delivered the next day. Since we were there for the Ducks graduation ceremony we wouldn't be there for delivery. The desk made sure to put it in our room. "Room was tidied every day. only issue was an inoperable floor lamp. Breakfast at the adjacent Denny's every day turned out better than I expected. Elevator is too small for a hotel of this size. Beds were comfortable. Would have been nice to have hot water for tea at the coffee stand on the first floor. Elevator"

"Had a 7 night stay. Had to go down the hall to find housekeeping in order to get clean towels. They never checked our room to see what we needed. They only had room service scheduled for the last day of our stay. Lot of good that did us. Other than that property was in good shape and room was clean when we arrived. Breakfast was nothing special but they do still have one. Seems like lots of hotels are cutting them out."

"The door to our room had clearly been broken into. The chair looked like someone took a cheese grater to the fake leather. The staff was courteous and kind and the overall facility was clean. Beds were very soft, if you like that type of bed, this is the spot for you. The pillows were horrible. I would suggest bringing your own."
