We are from Canada and have stayed at several hotels since arriving in the UAE, and this is easily our favorite so far, especially for families with kids. Check in was smooth and easy. "This hotel sucks. Rooms were dirty, bedsheets were stained. Hotel service was bad. They never answer phone calls. The hotel caught fire, there was no fire alarm to notify residents, they now quickly rushed us out and took us to terrible hotel and didn’t give us no updates while my flight was next day and left my passport in the hotel room. The sad part of this was, I paid for breakfast and I never had breakfast be she’s they evacuated us and still didn’t try to get us breakfast at the new hotel...
