"The hotel staff is very friendly. I checked in much earlier than the scheduled time. I worried a little bit when I knew that there is not front desk. But it has worked out just fine. The location is right in the center of the actions. I could walk from the hotel to restaurants, theater, opera house, and museums. I west to Salzburg for its international music festival. "The property was in a quiet residential area yet so close to the old town via bus just 100 metres down the road or 15-20 minute walk on a beautiful walking path. Eva was a wonderful host who showed us through our apartment on check in and gave us some valuable tips. We also utilised the upstairs laundry for a small fee which was most appreciated after a couple of weeks living out of our suitcases. Would highly recommend this place"
