"The staff at the H10 Madison were beyoond amazing. Some of our luggage never made it until after we left and they were so kind and helpful when we really needed it! They went above and beyond in so many ways. Because of them and our stay there i will continue to stay at H10 properties. The staff there deserve to be recognized. The room was beautiful and clean. "Other than smaller than expected, our Triple 2 room was nicely updated. Liked the sturdy balcony window that open/shut easily, as the street was full of lively pedestrians 24/7 (happy we brought ear plugs). Nice bathroom fixtures and shower had good water pressure. Breakfast buffet had good selections. 3 decent size elevators. Helpful staff. "
