"Make sure you download the contactless info to get into the room before you get there. You have to call for the wifi, there's no service in that location. It's not ideal. There was construction outside all night long - very loud. And, you can hear everything in every room around...people were partying loudly all night long. Parking is an issue early because of the restaurant."

"From the outside the property does not present that well, but the rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean with good attention to detail. I was not aware that this property is more like a vacation rental than a hotel. Entry to the room is with a code. Staffing appears to be minimal during office hours and there is no on site staff after hours."

"Rooms have truly terrible noise problems. Impossible to sleep. Had to change in the middle of the night first night. Second night wasn’t much better. Some amenities are ok but nothing special and the so called pool is kind of a joke. Restaurant is great but that’s sadly where the fun stops. We’d eat there any day but would never stay again."

"It was fine. Overall the hotel itself could use some updating. Only 1/2 the elevators worked and were very slow. Staff was excellent and very accommodating!"

"The place was clean, Check-in was seamless. My only suggestion is that they update the sofa and the mini refrigerator that does not get cold enough and has no freezer."

"Nothing out of the ordinary for the price the other only thing is the room I stayed in once u took a shower everything leaked out and it can be a hazard to trip although I called front desk it seemed like nobody helped out but it’s alright ."

"Total lack of planning. Booked 3 months ago to visit a close friend. Checked in on a Wednesday. Told on Friday to change rooms Mind you it was Memorial Day weekend."

"I asked the desk clerk (a middle-aged male) who checked me in for an extra blanket. (It was chilly on my check-in.) As best as I could understand, he told me that there was already one on my bed and that was all I was entitled to. Later as it got colder I asked the desk clerk (by this time a 20s-something woman) for a blanket. A few minutes later, I got a knock on my door by an on-site maintenance person handing me a wadded-up (Not folded) blanket. I think it had been fished out of the...

"I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The blanket had visible stains on it, and the sofa bed was dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival."
