"What you see in the photos don’t necessarily match and that’s ok but there’s general lack of attention to details at this property. The king size bed is not actually king size ( or maybe they just signed my family to the wrong room), they don’t have microwave in the room, and you have to call for electric iron ( they have steam press type). Car packing is not free ( that’s not very clear on Expedia unless you read all the info to the bottom page) The emergency alarm went off multiple times and...

"My stay was nice and quiet. Room was clean and neat. I didn’t take advantage of breakfast, I was in town for a college graduation, so my schedule was pretty full. Definitely good for a quick trip alone."

"Das Zimmer war sauber und der Service hilfsbereit und gut. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhöriger und die Zugangstür neben unserem Zimmer hat leider sehr laut gequietscht. Man ist innerhalb von 15 min mit dem Uber, Taxi oder Lift in der statt bei verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch aber geschmacklich sehr gut und alles frisch."

"It was far from any shopping, and nowhere near a supermarket....so guests were basically sequestered there unless they had a car. "

"The hotel was good but seemed to be under staffed. The receptionist had to do few things at the same time. Our room was not serviced for few days again due to lack of people. Location was relatively close to metro line so we could go to Washington and see the monuments and museums."

"Cleaning staff did not replenish supplies ( had to call numerous time and have things brought that should have been done during cleaning). Cleaning staff left door unsecured (not latched when we returned in the evening), anyone could have walked in and taken everything. Overall a poor experience and would not recommend."

"The staff at this property were absolutely amazing and the highlight of my stay. This was my first time staying at a citizenM hotel and I would return to this location mainly because of the staff. Each of them were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I left feeling like I was departing from new friends."
