"Extraordinary hotel. The room was incredible. Service to the room (twice daily) was amazing. The breakfast was the best we have had in any hotel (and we travel quite a bit); Location of the hotel was perfect. Best part of this trip was TONY, who took special care of us from the moment we arrived until we left. He is a huge asset and we look forward to seeing him again when we return."

"Room had lot's of nice extras suck as crisps. Well set up overall. It was a little snug for 2 of us and I wouldn't have wanted to be there longer than a day but it was perfect for one night. "

"We go to London often and this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. The location is perfect! The staff was so kind to us, we felt like royalty, and took care of our every need. The rooms are spacious with beautiful furnishings and the bathrooms were heavenly. There is also a drawing room with an honor bar that is just for hotel guests and it was absolutely lovely! "

"Ruby Stella is a hidden gem! Within walking distance to Covent garden, oxford street and lots of shopping. Everything about our stay was perfect. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, amazing breakfast, and late night food offerings. My boyfriend and I loved everything about it. "

"We stayed at this hotel in London for 8 nights, and overall it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city and access major attractions. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. There is a lovely small restaurant on-site, ideal for a convenient and pleasant meal. The concierge lobby is beautiful and welcoming, with a 24-hour cold drinks bar as well as coffee and tea, which was a wonderful touch after long days of sightseeing. The gym is very nice...

"We loved staying here! I was a little worried about staying in a place without a front desk, but our questions via were answered via Whatsapp almost immediately. The apartment was well stocked, and guests are able to get extra towels and things from the basement laundry room (two washers and two dryers -- very handy!). Beds (main and sofa) were comfy, toiletries were nice, and towels were oversized and soft. Good air conditioning too (it was not hot, but we had some sunny days that warmed up)....
