Excellent communicating about checking in and parking and any other details. The beds are so comfortable too. And the location is so easy if visiting a student in campus or in town for an event. "Parking is very convenient in a crowded part of the city with limited parking. It's free and in the basement. Not a lover of the decor, but that's a personal choice and has nothing to do with the overall function of the hotel. My biggest complaint is the odd choice of their room doors. They are extremely heavy and have a spring action shut to them that makes them slam automatically, causing a huge "bang" all through the hall even if you try to close the door quietly. Not sure why it has to be so...

"Room was modern, clean and very well maintained. Beds were comfortable. We were located on the entrance side of the property, which was away from the main road so it was quiet. The other side faced a busy road, so I’m not sure how quiet that side would be. The included breakfast had good choices to satisfy everyone. The small gym had a few cardio machines, a full complement of dumbbells and a cable machine. We considered using the heated indoor pool, but the water was murky, so we opted not to...

"Room was great - nicely renovated. Lovely lounge / restaurant. Front desk peeps very helpful. BIGGEST DRAWBACK - noise from highway was unreal. We heard every truck shift and racing engine. Literally kept us up and we're not light sleepers. Breakfast didn't start til 7:30, and menu offered small selection. "
