"Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Hotel hat Stil. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ende des Jahres schließt das Hotel für zwei Jahre wegen Sanierung. Schön das wir das alte Hotel noch mal erleben durften. "

"I stay here every year for Frankfurt Book Fair, and it's always superb. Rooms are modern, beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Plus, the breakfast buffet is top-notch, with many hot and cold options. It's a short ride on the local trolley to the Festehalle, and you need only walk around the corner to catch the trolley. The neighborhood around the train station is a bit sketchy, but the hotel is out of the sketchy zone. I recommend this hotel highly!"

"Incredible hotel right where you need to be for Christmas Markets etc. The staff were wonderful, we checked in early and had a room upgraded. The room was really nice - the bed and shower next level. Would definitely come again."
