"Overall, the staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Ours was a very warm welcome, and help was extended every time we requested for something. We loved the place and would definitely come back again if we got a chance. Only issue we had was when we were leaving and had to park in the front (had no where else to park) to load the bags. We did end up blocking the bus/road, but 1 Irish hostess asked us to move not in a polite way. We found this very rude, considering that we were guests....

"The room was very nice and had a patio for us to enjoy the view. The staff was excellent to assist us on our requests from an extra pillow to breakfast allergies. The location was perfect and only a couple minutes walk from Interlaken West and most of the main drag for shopping and restaurants. My wife and I highly recommend the Hotel Post Hardermannli for your time in Interlaken."

"The breakfast buffet stands out in the memory as being plentiful and extensive. The staff were attentive and friendly and constantly replenishing the items. The bedroom decor may be a little dated, but everything was clean and comfortable (the staff again being attentive and friendly) and the bathroom was spacious and modern. A convenient and well-kept hotel."

"We were in the loft Suite 580. It was perfect for a family with three teenagers. The deck view and accommodations were outstanding. Unfortunately, during our stay, it rained quite a bit, but overall, the suite was perfect for our family trip. We strongly recommend HOP!"
