"This was our favourite stay during our trip to Vietnam. Huge, beautiful rooms. A very relaxing stay. Staff are absolutely wonderful! They were very helpful in retrieving my lost bag and supportive and flexible when our travel plans had changed due to bad storms and the typhoon. Spa is sensational. "We stayed for four nights in the Citidenes, it had a comfortable working space, is close to the boat tours, a great gym and yoga studio as well as two pools. They also have free bicycles for you to explore the town. We stayed in an apartment style room so cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. "
