"Lovely place nice rooms but stairs killed us off "

"Room was ok but needed a hoover. Not been done for a few days. Towels and bedding were clean. Breakfast was included in price, but failed to mention not a hot meal. Cereals, yogurt and toast only. Cooked breakfast was extra. No mention of this when booking. Staff were pleasant. Room with balcony had very good views. No venue parking, just in the public car park across the way. Overall 3/5. "

"Breakfast was excellent. Location great for Swansea Bay Area and Wales national pool, reason for stay. Could do with some blackout blinds. Overall a lovely place to stay at."

"The customer service was excellent/very helpful and friendly staff Very clean rooms and throughout the hotel. Food options were excellent. The decoration in the rooms were contemporary,however the rooms/bathrooms could do with a refurb,they looked very tired. The shower was very old school and the water wasn’t very hot. Having said all of that I would go back again."
