"We didn’t realize you need advance entry into arches so we were xtra early for checkin. The gentleman was very kind and let us check in at 2 verses 3. We had an issue with tv and microwave not working and we called and he was there within one minute!! Previous guest unplugged the whole unit from behind the dresser. Weird. "Everything was perfect. They definitely thought about what we would need. We were impressed to be remembered the day after we checked in! We liked the condo format...room to spread out, the private outdoor spce, and the kitchenette. The breakfast option was really good but also quick so we could get out to the parks!!"
