"Overcooked breakfast, poor quality coffee from a machine, “bloomer” bread was ordinary sliced bread. Tea making tray in room not stocked properly. "Fabulous hotel, the Grand double room was amazing and felt like a real bit of luxury. We had breakfast both days and that was very nice. Helpful and friendly staff, all in all a great stay and I would recommend it."
