"The family above our room was banging on the floor and yelling ALL night and we couldn’t sleep. Tried calling the office and left a voicemail but no call back nor did they speak to family. Had to blast the A/C and TV to try and get sleep. When I checked out the following morning all they said was, “sorry”. Will not go back. Poor customer service"

"Perfect spot for a laid-back couple's getaway. The rooms are a bit dated, but they are super comfortable and spotlessly clean. We loved the view from the deck right outside our room—it was the perfect place to sit and relax. The onsite tiki bar was definitely a highlight and had a great vibe. If you want a comfortable, clean, and unpretentious place to stay with excellent views, this is it."

"Below average stay. Booked a stay with kids and was given a ground floor room occupied upstairs. There were tons of checkin late night and the floor (our cieling) couldn't keep up. The floors were louder than my toddler on their worst day. Creaking and thudding aside from the footsteps that continued all night long. Asked them to move me upstairs or provide a quieter room for the second night stay but no accommodation there either. Ended up waking up the checkout day at 5 am sore and tired due...
