"The beds were not good, the sprngs sqeaked.. The pillows felt like scrunched up stuff in a pillowcase. Very poor breakfast options."

"Extreme charge for security deposit for a room, I was charged 300$ for a security deposit which I was not expecting, the room was not very clean at all, will never stay here again, front desk was ignorant"

"The hotel was ok. For the price I expect better than 1 ply toilet paper and Kleenex. All 8 pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The hotel alarm went off in the middle of the night, they did over intercom tell us to stay in our rooms but it would of been nice if they would have let us know once they cleared the alarm that everything was ok, instead of just turning the alarm off and leaving us to wonder. "

"Breakfast was okay, they do not accommodate for lactose or dairy free options. Beds were clean but debris was still present on floors and drawers. Rooms, elevators, hotel is quite dated. Gym only is equipped with 3 machines in a very tight space. "
