"Lovely hotel. Fantastic staff. Highly recommended.."

"Nice hotel Spacious New Nice staff Dinner and breakfast super nice"

"Such a great place to stay! So close to the bathhouses, shops, and park, but also tucked away enough to have a good night sleep. They have AC for when it gets hot at night. The hosts were 10/10! Really friendly and helpful in recommending places to go and see in town and nearby."

"Staff is helpful and polite, onsen is good, breakfast's food & environment are excellent . Dislike the staircases at the entrance, difficult to take luggage for check in and out. Will come again."

"We enjoyed the hot spring and the delicious food. Will stay there if we go to Ureshino onsen again. "

"Very clean and comfort"

"A very nice traditional Japanese style hotel with a large outdoor hot spring pool. "

"地區很好, 附近有便利店和24小時的餐廳! 這個十分好, 因為嬉野所有店舖實在太早關門了! 不遠有步行街, 有名的豆腐店"

"Room was spacious. Onsen was good. Great dinner at restaurant nearby. Staff is not 24-7 at the hotel. Self check-in and check-out at the machine, everything is self-served. Enjoyed quiet environment at the hotel for 2 nights. Good for refreshing trip."

"Nice."

"The in-room private bath was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and the meals were excellent. We will definitely be back!"

"I enjoyed my stay"

"Perfect stay! Thank you very much!"

"very convenient location, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, clean room"

"Thank you very much for everything. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Thank you. I think it would have been even better if there had been a map showing the route to the hotel and bus information near the entrance close to the bus stop."
