"I had an excellent experience at this hotel. I was assigned a room that had some traffic noise. I need total quiteness. They immediately moved me to a different room that was very quite. In doing so they upgraded my room without any extra cost. In many other ways the staff fully satissfied me whenever I needed anything. Highly recommended."

"I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel, as it had a luxurious feel from the moment we arrived. As soon as you enter, you can immediately sense the elegance and high standards. The front desk staff were professional, well-trained, and spoke English, Uzbek, and Russian, which is very helpful for international travelers. A special thank you to Shuxrat, who went above and beyond during our stay. He kindly drove us to the Eternal City in the golf cart and was always friendly and helpful. We truly appreciate his outstanding service. The breakfast offered an excellent variety of options, including a fresh salad bar, an omelet station, desserts, and many other choices. The club lounge was also enjoyable, although I think it could benefit from a slightly wider selection of snacks. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bedding was excellent, and the luxury Hermès toiletries were a nice touch. The pool area was also clean and featured both an indoor pool and a Jacuzzi, along with a steam room and a dry sauna. Despite a few minor issues, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return to this hotel in the future. I would also like to sincerely thank Dilek Yilmaz, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to resolve any issues we encountered and took exceptional care of us throughout our stay."

"The hotel is located in a new - eternal city of Samarkand. We loved this area more than crowded area around registan and so called old town. The room we have booked was bigger (81msq) but in fact we were given a room maximum 60msq, still my son roamed and enjoyed and we had a nice time. I mark cleanliness 4 stars because of very dirty carpets in the room, room itself was fairly clean. I also would like to highlight high quality coffee in the room, best I had in room in Samarkand. There was only 1 cutlery set while we were 2 adults, it was really unpleasant when we ordered food but didn’t have second cutlery. Dental kit was missing, only noticed comb, shower kit and shower cap, luckily we had our own. Breakfast was middle up, omelette was prepared properly and coffee was good! Staff was attentive. Important notice, staff on the desk are young and yet smiling, but they need training. They have to inform guests about no smoking in the room, card for gym or other information. It’s important to guide guests with policies as not all hotels has same standards. Also inform all guest to do not smoke because my baby woke up because of fire alarm and my wife was scared, at 12 am night that is unacceptable! Overall this place has a nice concept and the best shower in Samarkand which have hold me on to do not ruin their score. Guys, please wake up - you have a potential!"

"Nice room, great mattress, beautiful bathroom, great location, I walked to all the major attractions, it is a new building and the breakfast is wonderful. The staff is amazing, attentive, empathetic and they answered every questions, I asked with deep knowledges. "

"Great hotel. Easy check in; flexibility on day of departure. Decent breakfast with plenty of variety. Pool was ideal. Very comfortable room and excellent bathroom. Ideal at the end of a long trip to unwind"
