"The room was nice. The stairs up to the 2nd and 3rd floors are tight, taking suitcases up and down them feels precarious given how narrow the staircase is and how small some of the steps are. Be aware that the property is very close to a highway, so the noises from it are audible all through the night. Host was very responsive and made check in and check out very easy."

"My stay here was amazing . Walking distance to the trains. 711 and plenty of restaurants around the corner. I loved that there was a washing machine in the unit . I was able to wash and air dry my clothes. Checking in and out was a breeze. I highly recommended this hotel . "

"The space was very clean and spacious for Japan! Equipped with a laundry machine, kettle and all your basic necessities, this was a very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend. "

"Close to the metro and easy to travel around the city, smaller than in the pictures, and doesn't have an elevator. Overall, great for convenience and kitchen/laundry amenities. "

"Room size isn'f bad at all. We stayed for 7-8 nights, but no linen/towel change. The location is further than we thought, it's around 7-8 minutes to the station, but Sugamo Station (Yamanote Line) is very accessible to the city. There's a 7-11 nearby the building. Walking with luggage is not easy. Check in time is 3pm but check out time is 10am. I found that pretty early. Wifi log in might be challenging, but the check in process is pretty simple. Overall, a pleasant stay, 8/10 for me :) "

"Perfectly located for exploring the city and sights. Generally clean and tidy with plenty of space. Very comfortable beds and well payed out.
Sofa needs replacing as very uncomfortable, under the beds could do with a clean. Located next to a railway line which trains run very frequently, above a Karaoke bar which does go on until 03:00.
But you do get used to it. "

"The hotel is very nice - although I did see other review (complains) about the train track noises, I wasn't affected by it as it wasn't that loud and I could sleep peacefully"

"Room was spotless and all amenities were always filled. Staff was extremely courteous and I had no communication issues despite not speaking Japanese. The FamilyMart on the first floor was very convenient. "
"I stayed there for a week. Room was clean. Bill prepared breakfast every morning. He greeted every customer at the restaurant and gave us a tray for breakfast buffet. His customer service was beyond my expectations. I would stay again when I visit Tokyo.

"This is a newer hotel and the rooms are very nice. Everything you need is close by. There’s a 7-11 on the second floor of the same building, which was super convenient. A shopping street is directly across the road with lots of restaurants, secondhand shops, and new stores. The train station and bus stops are also right across the street, so getting around is easy.
To get to Little Edo (Kurazukuri Street), you can take bus 1 or 2 and get off at W6. It costs about $2. We used a Suica card with no issues.
Finding the hotel itself was a bit tricky at first. It’s located inside a large building and the signage isn’t great. You need to go to the elevators near the 7-11 on the second floor and take them up to the 7th floor, where the hotel is located.
We had a car and used the parking garage in the same building. You bring your parking ticket to the hotel to pay. Parking was $19 per day, which felt reasonable for the location.
Overall, a comfortable stay in a very convenient area, just be prepared for a little confusion when you first arrive."
"Best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Freshly made tofu in house, fresh eggs for TKG and 12 different soy sauce types to try, fresh hot food, freshly made gnocchi in a large parmesan block. Very new and clean. Public bath on top floor was very clean and comfortable with an outdoor bath option. Rooms very well organized even if it is small, and bathroom is bigger than the standard unit baths in hotels in japan. The price for the you get is unbelievable value. Highly recommended!"
