"Fantastic hotel, excellent restaurant. As for some reception staff not so good. Didn't have most of what they advertise for your stay and wasn't helpful when questioned. If they retrain these two individuals maybe they would recieve 100% percent satisfaction "

"Ankara’dan geç çıkmak zorunda kaldığımız için oteli arayıp geç girebileceğimizi bildirdik. Resepsiyon ‘daki arkadaş saat 23’ü geçirdiğimiz taktirde parasını peşin yatırdığımız otele alamayacağını söyledi. Otelin resimlerle alakası yok. Bundan daha iyi,temiz pansiyonlar gördüm. İki çarşafdan bir yatığı yapmaya çalışmışlar. Temizlik sıfır. Para iadesi olmadığı ve geç gittiğimiz için mecbur yattık. Ama pislikten uykum kaçtı. "
