"Fantastic hotel, excellent restaurant. As for some reception staff not so good. Didn't have most of what they advertise for your stay and wasn't helpful when questioned. If they retrain these two individuals maybe they would recieve 100% percent satisfaction "

"Even though the location is very central, the lack of parking onsite by is not convenient. The rooms are old, towels (only one per person!) are in tatters, pillows are hard, the bathtub needs the skill of a circus performer to climb in and out of. The bathroom door knob would come off. The balcony door lock did not work. No shampoo, no refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee.
