"Very helpful staff, always available to help for bookings. Plentiful breakfast (cereals, ham, cheese, medialunas, coffee, juice). Decent room, although the shower floor is slightly chipped."

"Breakfast included but no good, both of us didn’t even touch it, there was human hair in my egg, very disgusting. Bread was cold, you need to warm up yourself. The room is small, very narrow, bed was too soft, I need to see chiropractor after my trip due to I slept on this bed with no back support.! if you have a sensitive back, I would not suggest to stay only good thing is the staff is friendly and the location is very close to all the restaurants."

"Staff was very cordial and willing to assist. Location was pristine, right in the heart of downtown with plenty of dining options around."

"Was here overnight, so could not even see the Spa or Pool. However property was nice, staff was great. Jonathan was able to arrange for the room to have separate beds. Room fixtures were great, the breakfast splendid. Location turned out to be next to the 'Presidio' which I recommend you visit to understand Ushuaia."

"Great hotel in main street in Ushuaia, close to stores, restaurants etc, good breakfast, room not big but enough for a couple, no AC or fan so it will be warm inside. If you get room facing the main street it will be noisy. Good restaurant on 4th floor. Did not like that check out time is at 10AM, thats ridiculous, considering check in at 2PM. Anyway we could sit at reception couch and wait until flight time come."

"This is a good and ideal place to stay when in Ushuaia. The only problem is check in process is at a different location. Slight inconvenience in my opinion."
