Staff is amazing. Food was fantastic and fresh. Everywhere was clean. I added a 90 min massage and would do again. Onsen was beautiful and peaceful. I will be booking here again.

There’s very poor communication from the hotel. The hotel didn’t specify that there are specific timings for the shuttle.
