Room was spacious and comfortable; it looked exactly as the online pictures. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar was simple but a good experience for us. It stood out from other motels in area.

Das Hotel war super für eine Nacht, sicher auch im Winter schön. Urige Kneipe nebenan. Plastikgeschirr zum Frühstück nicht schön, ginge bestimmt auch anders. Die Falls waren wegen dem Werk nicht so schön anzusehen.

Very nice remote location....quiet.. On site restaurant was very good and there is a nice bar attached for late night cocktails. Free breakfast was just OK.

I love the homey feel of the property and the staff was very helpful. I also had a wonderful night on the comfy beds with the exception of a loud party going on at the front entrance until about 1:00. Overall I am glad I found this place

Nice

Nice hotel. Our only quibble was with the general lack of hot breakfast items - waffles were nice, but that was about it. Discovered a well-equipped playground next to the parking lot - a pleasant surprise for families.

A Great Lodging Option In A Rural Area

The Edge Hotel is a nice well maintained hotel in a very rural but beautiful area of Upstate NY. It has a nice lobby area and decent sized rooms. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I do have two negative comments/suggestions for improvement. First, their breakfast selections are pretty limited. Simply adding banannas and yogurt would definitely help. Second, the hotel did not have a functioning computer/business center. It had space for two desktop computers, but the towers were gone. I asked staff about them and they said both had viruses. I needed to catch up on some work and work email, but could not due to this issue. Had I known of this issue, I would have brought a laptop. If a business center is stated in the hotel description, it should always be functioning. Even with these two issues, I would stay here again. In fact, this was my second stay here in the past several years.
