Spent 3 nights in Utrecht with friends on a weekend holiday. While Badhu offer hotel rooms as well, we booked the 2 bedroom apartment, which turned out to be via a private entrance situated above the restaurant downstairs.
The apartment had a various spacious sitting room and kitchen area, with plenty of windows and natural light coming in. There was also a small balcony, although due to weather we weren't able to use it.
The apartment could be best described as 'trendy' with interesting seating and exposed brickwork.
The bedrooms were somewhat small, however with the spacious sitting and dining areas this was not a concern. There was a small kitchen supplied with crockery and cutlery, a combination oven/microwave unit and a refrigerator. There was no stove top, however other than that it was a perfectly functional kitchen area for our needs over 3 days. There was also a Nespresso style coffee machine with some coffee pods provided. There was a decent sized grocery store just a 1 minute walk away which we used to buy more and breakfast items.
The location was about a 15 minute walk from the centre where all the action is, or a bus ride from across the street.
Would recommend this over two more expensive hotel rooms elsewhere if the number of beds work for you.
