"Avoid this property at cost. The hotel is the least clean, front office staff and room service are awful - avoid! Avoid. I booked a 4 bed appointment for 6 guests. When arrived the front office management allocated me a 3 bed room appartment, 4th room is store room for the hotel. The 4th room was constantly being used by the hotel and staff sleep over. "

"Staff pushing into the room all the time looking for something to tinker with so they can ask for a tip. just stand in silence for ages not leaving. Staff knocking on the door even after 9 p.m. won't take no for an answer, not wanting dinner requires repeated explanation. I was asked what my problem was when I stood in the doorway to stop staff pushing into the room.
