"Most staff were friendly while some were grumping who were serving Monday morning breakfast. Breakfast choices were better the second day if they had enough to serve everyone and kept stocked. I had to ask for items to be refilled just have them run out again 2 mins later with all the guest and the items were not refilled again before she closed the station down with 15 mins left of breakfast time which was only 2 hours to access. "

"I booked a studio, but there was no refrigerator no microwave, not a studio TV did not have a remote. I'm very basic.."

"From the outside it was just a hotel. Inside has been remodeled and is nice. The room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens, and entire room was spotless. The bathroom was small, but again very clean. The staff was accommodating when I asked for a very quiet room due to an early morning wake up. Despite the close street and freeway, it was very quiet. We were gone too early to take in their breakfast or coffee, so I can’t review that part. For the small price tag, it was...

"The hot tub was relaxing, breakfast was really good. Staff were so good at everything. Clean room the bathroom in room was wonderful size."

"The room was very clean and set up nicely! Everything worked great and the staff were helpful and nice! The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working on our second day there. It was a Saturday and the staff assured us that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible! By check out the next day the issue with the elevator had been resolved! All in all it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay! I will definitely come back and recommend to others! "

"The wasn't any hot water in the shower. The beds are rock hard. If you need late check in from a red eye flight this works but I would recommend moving to a different hotel afterwards. I must say the staff was amazing 👏."

"Upon initial check in, the room I was given had a sugar ant infestation in the bathroom. I was immediately given a new room that did not have ants. The hotel was great other than the ants. Spacious out door area for a large group. The bar area was big enough for our group and we could play cards."

"No major complaints. Staff were great, room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much and needed more of a blanket. Lots of different smells: outside from the guests, in the hallway, elevator, in the room. I've never stayed at a Woodsprings before and probably won't again. The environment felt more like an extended stay for folks than a one night stay for in and out guests."

"Room 124 was in poor condition. Doors stick. Stained walls. Stained bathroom door. Toilet kept running. Tub faucet hard to pull out and temp control is difficult. Laminate flooring near the bathroom had up to 1/2" gaps. Room needs a renovation badly. On the plus side, the airport shuttle and driver were good."
