"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice as is the pool. The building is not complete. The upstairs bar was not available.
The menu is tiny and the food portions tiny. It is chronically understaffed. The breakfast was poor. We would not eat dinner there and bought more breakfast elsewhere.
Coffee was rubbish.
The wifi was hopeless to connect. Every day go to the office for a new code. Sometimes twice a day.
No mention of cash only till departure checkout! No warning at all!

"The room was very basic but good size for a family of 4- Jen, the staff was very helpful a d knowledgeable Nd went out of her way to walk with us to one of the onky 2 banks in the area. "
"Staff and accomodations excellent. Near restaurants and convenience stores. Walkable to airport but property has own shuttle service to pick and drop guests to and from airport. Will recommend. Special mention to Chris and Russell who made our stay despite the bad weather relaxing and worth the stay."
"Not many frills, but it comes with a kitchenette (not many restaurants in Basco), plenty of drinking water, and AC. Walking distance from the airport, very helpful staff. Mattresses and pillows are high quality."
