"Das Essen und die Hotelanlage sind ein Traum, es gibt mehrere kostenlose Wasserspender wo man seine Trinkflaschen jederzeit auffüllen kann.
Das Personal ist freundlich. Es gab zu jederzeit eine freie Liege, das Wasser ist sehr schön flach und super zum Schnorcheln. War ein sehr schöner Urlaub."

"Disappointing hotel in a fantastic destination
Mauritius itself is an easy 10/10. It's a beautiful island with amazing beaches, friendly people and plenty to see. We'd definitely return to Mauritius—but we wouldn't stay at Sugar Beach again.
The hotel has a great location on Flic en Flac beach, which is stunning, and the Buddha-Bar is excellent. The staff were always friendly and polite, but it's clear many of them haven't been properly trained (incompetent) and the overall service lets the...
