Rooms are good, but the carpet can have some cleaning, the shades were rigged and a piece of wall in the bathroom was falling apart. Shower was noisy because of the plastic, but functional. Breakfast was subpar, with waffles as the only hot option available, just one waffle machine so the wait for waffles was long, around 20 minutes, there are not enough chairs, just two per table when most of the guests are faimilies.
