"We really enjoyed our stay here. The quiet, the view, the beautiful food and our wonderful and Friendly host, Audrey, made every thing so pleasant. Everything here was just magnificenf. Thank you so much Audrey, your hospitality is beyond amazing and is worth 5 stars in our eyes. "They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. It was clearly a scam — no one was there, and it appears they’re just taking money from people. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I strongly advise others not to trust them."

"The Chaumiere is really the only good hotel in this area, decor feels a little set in the 1990's, but facilities are great and the set menu at the restaurant is a real treat. It has a nice casual feel and a very attentive owner/manager"
