"It was close to where our family lives. Rooms are nice. They did not have a first floor room and the "lift" was not working. My husband has a broken foot, so that made our stay difficult. Fortunately, we were close to the stairs, but I feared he would fall (again) going up and down the stairs. For such a nice resort, they really should fix the lift. Don't know how the get by with an elevator. Unfortunately, on Expedia I did not find an option to select a ground floor room."

We stayed over and our room was not made up on Saturday, but trash removed. VERY convenient to Road America. Don’t know if restaurants are near, but there is a McDonald’s very close. Would stay here again."
