"This is a beautiful property. The room was very comfortable and luxurious. It was well worth the cost. A short walk and you can take a bus directly downtown. The staff spoke English and was always willing to answer our questions. They have a beautiful restaurant serving quality meals. There are also many local restaurants within walking distance. This property is highly recommended."

"As soon as you walk through the spinning door (which starts way too early) you could smell a nice aroma and nice looking reception area. You are greeted and given your key cards Got to our room expecting it to have poor looking rooms but we were surprised on how nice and spacious the room was. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was good. It has a small 24 hour gym and jacuzzi. And a small outdoor pool on the 3rd floor. Excursions are about 15-20min walk and the bus/tram station is about...

"Fenomenal, 100% recomendada, céntrica a 6 minutos caminando de la estación de trenes, subway tranvía de San Bernardo, acceso a todas la conexiones de buses y taxis. Te puedes venir en bus desde el Aeropuerto. Muy bien ubicada, amplio gimnasio, piscina, limpia ordenada, las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero están bien equipadas, y el personal es muy amable. Desayuno excelente."

"Great hotel in good location with easy transport links to and from airport and into centre. Gym and pool was fab. Drinks good. Only negative was the anti tourism protestors outside hotel 3 mornings in a row."
