"Staff were massively supportive and helpful. The place is useful, functional if coming by car. The car parking is unnecessarily expensive. The swimming pool needs a bigger area for sun bathing. "This is a great property if you are spending more than 3 days in Madrid. Yes it is a few km out and you have to get a train (costs just over £1) but it’s easy and trains every 10 mins. For us the outdoor area is what we were looking for and you don’t get that in the centre. This was handy at the height of summer and we could sit out in the morning, go out about 12 and spend until 10 exploring, then come back and sit out and have a drink. "The apartment was smaller than expected but it was big enough and we didn’t spend a lot time inside. It was clean and tidy. The sofa bed and bed were very comfortable. The complex had everything you needed , with a nice pool and was not too far from the marina or other attractions."

The building has been renovated and is comfortable. However, I noticed that the staircase leading to the second floor was quite dirty.
When I entered the apartment, there was dust everywhere, especially on the pictures and the lamps. I opened the dishwasher and it smelled bad and was dirty. The kitchen sink was leaking underneath.
