We arrived earlier for our check in, staff was very friendly and tried to take us, but the room was not ready, they had a luggage storage, which was very convenient. We had breakfast every morning. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich and had many options. Eggs, bacon, sausage, chicken, veggies, fresh fruit and many other things. The roo. Was spacious and bed was comfortable.

Room and breakfast were great Location is a bit far from center of town but has an easy access to subway with 35 to 50 min to town depending on subway schedule There is restaurant in the opposite street which is a convenience but also gets noise at night somedays

A bit dissapointing

The staff honestly were very friendly however they informed me on the day I was checking out that there would be no water from 11-17.00 and this was at 10.30am on the day😂 I honestly think it’s a bit ridiculous the fact I paid for a hotel and then had water restrictions in Spain, with it being 32 degrees… Actual hotel is okay, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the bath sink unblocked.

The hotel facilities are poor, the rooms are kind of empty, lack decorations and bathroom smells of mold. The reception staff is friendly and the cleaning stuff do their job. Just outside the hotel is a bus station and also a bar that serves good food, but gets noisy at evening! Good location overall!

Friendly and helpful staff. Two lifts. Clean all over..Large bedroom with private bathroom and tv. Less than ten minutes walk to a metro station; overall journey from VLC airport was about 50 minutes via two metro lines. Nearby cafes and bars. Very close to Valencia exhibition centre, if you are interested in the events there.

The room was big and clean, the room service was also good. But it was all very basic, so bring your own shampoo and soap. The area also is very quiet so to see Valencia you must hire a car or take transport every day. All receptionists were very helpful.

Airport stay

We had our flight cancelled at 2300hrs and needed somewhere to stay. Found this at a very reasonable price with 4 beds in one room . As we had to be up at6am to get our new flight back to the Uk suited our needs. Must say the bedroom was spotless and beds comfortable.

quiet and beautiful place

it is close to metro station and also you can go to city center buy bus, just in front of the hotel. there is free parking so you can left your car and go by public transportation. this is an advantage. quiet and comfortable place with a good price. friendly and helpful staff

The location is pretty far from the city center but only about a 3 minute walk away from the metro which will take you right to the center. The room we stayed in was nice, it had a mini fridge and a television that was a good size. We had problems with the facilities though. The water was out of service twice during our week long stay. One from 11am-5pm and another day from 9am-5pm. No toilet usage, no shower, no sink. That was very inconvenient and they were not sorry at all. When we went to ask what was happening the first time, the front desk agent simply pointed to a sign on the desk saying the water would not be in service until after 5pm. After the first water outage, our sink water smelled like sewer and the cold water was not working. When we told the front desk agent, he said there was not much he could do until Monday (it was Saturday) and we were leaving Monday. He said he could have our rooms switched and proceeded to do nothing about it. The breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff was very friendly.

The young lady who checked us in when we arrive was very helpful. The man on the reception on the night of 23rd Sept was quite rude, no willingness to help us. The breakfast was okay, but what put us off when we finished our foods we took one banana and one apple to our surprised he told us off, we are not allowed to take any fruits. The room is okay but at night it’s noisy outside and you can hear other room chatting, moving cheers, banging door and found it so difficult to sleep😢. No kettle or coffee or tea inside the room. Also very limited soap.

Great spacious room with 4 beds for the family.. Extremely clean room with great facilities / in room equipment. Quiet location which is about 15 mins drive out of the centre / historical district of València, which wasn't an issue for us as we had a hire car for our trip. Would recommend the hotel.
