Mala experiencia no lo recomiendo

Reserve y al llegar me dijeron que no tenían habitaciones a lo cual me parece falta de profesionalismo por qué tuve que buscar otro hotel ya en la Noche cuando en hoteles.com aún había habitaciones y me dejo reservar

Hotel no recomendable

El hotel se encuentra a unos metros del centro, pero las instalaciones son muy pobres, en la habitación tuvimos una cucaracha, un solo foco para iluminar baño y habitación, nos quedamos sin agua, camas y almohadas muy incomodas, solo enchufe en una habitación de 3 camas. He estado en habitaciones por la misma tarifa limpios y cómodos.

No one there to check in with, when someone arrived they said I needed to wait another hour as the room wasn’t ready but the check in time specified was 4 hours before that. No curtain for a window that went to the hall that had a bright fluorescent light on all night.

El peor hotel de mi vida

Tristemente, tengo que comentar que este hotel no es para personas que andan de negocios o de vacaciones mas bien es como para mochileros pues no había ni agua en el hotel y para acceder a las habitaciones hay que subir por una escalera de madera muy empinada y muy insegura no me gusta hacer esye tipo de comentarios pero me pareció necesario

Excellent Location! - a short and easy walk to everywhere plus great prices on rental bicycles. Super friendly and helpful staff! Ceiling fan in room worked great! You cannot beat the price unless you stay in a hostel, super value.

Aïe: déception

La porte ne fermant pas a clef, nous avons du prendre avec nous en permanence nos objets de valeur. Eau absente ou moment de prendre la douche, apres avoir ete demander a l'acceuil, l'eau est enfin arrivee apres 40 min d'attente... Mais froide. Sinon l'emplacement est pas mal, proche du coeur de la ville.

En general pésimo servicio, muy sucio, sábanas sucias, no hacen el aseo durante mi estancia, había insectos desagradables como cucarachas, grillos, mosquitos, etc.

favor de verificar lo que venden ya que el hotel no tiene la categoria con que se ofrece, ni los servicios super sucio y mal ubicado no es hotel, es motel de paso y en la ciudad de valladolid lo tiene en mal concepto

Nothing special, but not bad. The staff were very helpful and were by far the best part of this hotel, other than the cheap price. The room itself was large, but not too clean. There were spiders in the shower and dust on the floor. In the morning the water didn't work at all. It's really cheap and located in a busy downtown area, so if you just need a place to sleep while you explore the city it's not a bad deal.

Horrible experiencia trato pésimo . Hice la reservación y cuando llegue al hotel no tenían la reservación ni computadora para checar . Z prácticamente me mandaron a dormir en la calle

Es un hotel muy malo, la ropa de cama desgastada y manchada, habian arañas y polvo, en general un experiencia desagradable

Hotel centrico muy barato pero muy incomodo

El hotel obviamente por lo que cobra es mas un hostal que un hotel, pero deberia ser mas limpio e higienico, habia mucho bicho en la cama que me picaron el cuerpo durante la noche. Las camas muy deterioradas, hay mucho calor en la habitacion, en la mañana el agua estaba muy fria y no cuenta con estacionamiento como anuncia, a no ser que se refieran a estacionamiento para bicicletas. Solo se lo recomendaria a un mochilero que busca algo barato y centrico y que este dispuesto a dormir con su ropa

No lo recomiendo para nada

No lo recomiendo para estancia familiar. Hotel muy viejo, camas muy viejas con colchones viejísimos e incómodos, sábanas transparentes de tan viejas, cuarto muy caluroso, el ventilador está tan alto que no alcanza a refrescar. Cuarto muy luminoso porque no tiene cortinas, no tiene TV ni estacionamiento. No se puede descansar.

La habitación es muy pequeña..., no cuenta con televisión y el internet solo llega al Lobby..., las sábanas no parecían estar muy limpias y eran del año de la revolución..., claro que por el precio no podía uno pedir más..., creo que no lo voy a recomendar...

Cumple con espectativas conforme a su precio. Bien

Habitaciones con modesta comodidad, pero bien valio la pena por su cercania con los principales atractivos turisticos de Valladolid. Hubicado en el centro de la ciudad donde incluso caminando podrias llegar a algunos sitios de interes. Saliendo del hotel puedes conseguir el servicio de taxi y realizar compras. El personal se mostro atento y supo orientarnos sobre las facilidades para llegar a varios lugares.

Hotel economico cerca del centro de la ciudad

Las habitaciones estan un poco descuidadas, un mantenimiento no les vendria mal, es economico y muy proximo a la estacion de autobuses y el centro de la ciudad.

No nos respetaron la reserva que habíamos hecho.

Habíamos hecho la reserva por expedia.com. En el mail que nos mandaron nos pusieron que no hacía falta llamar para reconfirmar. De todas maneras, intentamos llamar varias veces a los números telefónicos que teníamos y nadie nos respondió. Cuando llegamos a hacer el check-in, cerca de las 22 horas, nos dijeron que a partir de las 18 horas, todas las reservas hechas por personas que no habían llegado al hotel se habían dado de baja y que no tenían habitación para nosotros. Más aún, la persona que nos recibió no hizo nada para ayudarnos a buscar una alternativa y fue sumamente grosero. No recomiendo a nadie este hotel.

Calidad acorde al precio

Corrimos con suerte ya que si uno reserva la habitación esta vence a las 5 de la tarde y por motivos de cruce de un ferry desde Cozumel, llegamos hasta las 8 de la noche, pero aun tenian una habitación disponible, sin embargo, si hay que considerar esto y llamar para decir a que hora llegara uno aproximadamente sino vence la habitación, por lo demás, es un hotel acorde al precio que se paga, una cama un cuarto un baño... es todo
