Cons: Room lighting was a bit odd. The bathroom light was tied to the vanity (outside the bathroom). So if you have someone with you that wants to continue resting while you shower, you blast the room with super bright light, sleep not happening! The shuttle services need tuning. "Me and my family of 9 booked 2 hotel rooms. When arriving 5 hours later at checking in they told us we were not in the system. They had mentioned since we did not pay at the property directly they had given our rooms to their “members”. I was very disappointed and discouraged after this as this was suppose to be a fun and exciting experience for our daughter whom we were celebrating. So be aware."
