"The room itself was clean but it needed updating. The floors needed washing. The baseboard in the bathroom was coming off. The tub was stained. This could be a very nice place to stay but it needs attention. The elevator was disgusting and filthy and it's the first thing you see. The staff was lovely. Very kind and if anything needed doing, they were on it. They just need to pay attention to the details."

"Me and my family of 9 booked 2 hotel rooms. When arriving 5 hours later at checking in they told us we were not in the system. They had mentioned since we did not pay at the property directly they had given our rooms to their “members”. I was very disappointed and discouraged after this as this was suppose to be a fun and exciting experience for our daughter whom we were celebrating. So be aware."
