"Well I’d say location was so so but we could totally do better by maybe providing better coffee but other than that it was great for our purpose being there with kids and 2 elderlies who had a hard time climbing stairs the 2 flights was totally doable. Something should be done with the cats though unless they’re chasing rats. Noticed lots of cats in SF businesses I wonder if thats a thing. Fear of getting broken into was mainly why we didn’t go anywhere near bigger cities but this hotel is close to grocery outlet so that’s a plus. A few minutes to SF was even better. Staff was super nice and the rooms were clean except for the floors since we like to take our shoes off. Nothing a handful of Clorox wipes can’t fix of course. It was nice overall and a memorable place for us. Thank you!"
