"Visitied over the 3 kings days. Excellent room, bed comfy. Enjoyed having fridge microwave and facilities to cook/eat comfortablely.. unfortunately we booked this as it said rooms were soundproof. I.e quiet. We understood there would be noise over the festivities but just didn't expect to hear so much of it when away from the main area and with windows/curtains shut. The noise of the hallway also echoes through the room. This is the only thing that let the hotel down. Maybe soundproof means something else.. but we struggled with the noise even thought we were on a high floor"

"Clean room, staff was accommodating. Breakfast was decent but not many options. Dinner was nicely presented but main dishes can be quite salty. We were told they had parking but when we arrived, we were told it was closed and had to find local parking lot which was a struggle when staff is not able to give you a Google location of it and directs it on a paper map. It would have been helpful if the hotel could notify us about that prior to arrival. "
